As President of Costello Construction, David is responsible for overall corporate operations and is also involved in the management of all Company projects. Functions falling under his purview are estimating, scheduling, quality control, safety management, labor force management, and general field operations.

David started in the construction industry as a teenager working as a laborer during summer recesses. His early experiences in the field not only shaped him as a construction professional, but also shaped Costello Construction as a hands-on, self-performing contractor.

David’s personalized attention and level of dedication is second to none. His exceptional knowledge of the construction industry and hands-on management style are the predominant forces behind Costello Construction.

Brian joined Costello Construction in 2003 after a successful career in the architectural industry. As a licensed architect, he provides a superior level of design and construction knowledge to the Costello team. As Vice President, he provides supervision of planning, scheduling, engineering, and accounting on all projects. Brian is involved in all phases of projects, including estimating, scheduling, project management, safety management, subcontractor management, quality control, commissioning, and project closeout.

Brian’s strong work ethic and dedication to each project filters down through the rest of his team. Thanks to his leadership, each project is completed to the most detailed specifications, resulting in the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.

Brian’s acute attention to detail and ability to anticipate potential design flaws before they become construction issues make him an incredible asset to owners, architects and the entire Costello team.

Donna has been with Costello Construction for over 20 years. Working her way up from Administrative Assistant to her current role demonstrates her loyalty, hard work and dedication: three core qualities of the Costello work force.

As the Accounting Manager, Donna manages all tasks related to corporate finance including processing invoices, pay applications, and payroll. She also assists with project-related tasks including solicitation of subcontractor bids, buyouts, processing RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract agreements.

Donna’s tenure with the Company and knowledge of the industry has significantly contributed to the success of Costello Construction.

Nicole is an experienced Project Manager with over 25 years in the industry, including more than seven years at Costello Construction, where she leads commercial projects across the DMV region. She brings hands on leadership from preconstruction analysis through design build delivery, with particular expertise in tenant improvements and renovation work in both public and private sectors.

Known for her collaborative, team-oriented approach, Nicole is a strong communicator who earns the respect of clients, colleagues, and subcontractors alike. She builds lasting relationships that foster trust, drive client satisfaction, and inspire subcontractor loyalty, all while maintaining a sharp focus on schedule reliability, cost control, and sustainable building practices. Her practical, self-performing mindset, paired with a commitment to quality, integrity, and transparency, ensures every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Outside of work, Nicole is drawn to new places, fresh faces, and everyday adventures. She thrives on a challenge, carrying that same curiosity, drive, and energy into everything she does.

With over a decade of experience in talent leadership and organizational strategy, Stefanie serves as Vice President of People & Culture at Costello Construction. In this role, she leverages her Certified Staffing Professional expertise to support organizational growth, foster a strong and collaborative culture, and drive operational excellence – all while aligning people strategies with the company’s mission and long-term goals.

Her previous leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance & Accounting and Vice President of Business & Operations at a global staffing firm, have shaped her ability to build scalable processes, strengthen cross-functional teams, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. She is known for setting ambitious goals and bringing clarity, structure, and energy to execution through strong communication, coordination, and strategic focus.

On a personal note, she’s happily married and a proud mom of two boys. Family and close friendships are at the center of her life. Outside of work, you’ll often find her on a sports field, traveling, or enjoying activities and time with the people who matter most.
